"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, Bob and his entire team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Bob’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. He was always available to assist us and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. He also helped us arrange excursions and restaurant reservations, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress free. His recommendations and assistance were greatly appreciated. The entire team was equally welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service. The hospitality exceeded our expectations and made us feel truly valued as guests. "This hotel is a gem inside the old quarter, excellent location, amazing staff. All the staff are authentically warm and helpful and work to help you have the very best time in Hanoi. We had 1 maintenance issue in our room and staff arrived within 3 minutes of us calling. Wow. The Onsen / spa was wonderful after walking many kilometers on the charming streets. Michelin restaurants are around every corner. Come to Hanoi and have a fabulous time."
