However the facilities obviously are still torn-up after Ian and the elevator was out part of Friday. It also appears there are several folks necessarily holed-up in the hotel due to both not being able to live in their houses as well as contractors for the clean-up... There was a group of contractors (we assume..) in 315 (the adjoining room to 316) who were drinking and up shouting and...
