"Great place to stay in Mexico City. Walking distance to museums and Parque Chapultepec. The staff is awesome, special thanks to the Urban Cafe staff during breakfast time & the housekeeping staff (un millón de gracias, a million thanks). My only suggestion to the hotel administration to help make a great stay better: get better quality TP in the rooms, I do not expect industrial-quality TP in a 5-star hotel! "

"Excellent service. The nighttime front desk employee knew my name before I told him who I was and checked me in in no time. I wish I had asked for his name. The room was simple, pretty, tidy—and so welcoming. And the bathroom feels like a six star hotel! Kudos to Chef Johan and his staff for a delicious breakfast with great coffee. Did I mention that the property is right in the middle of a very nice restaurant and shopping district with a beautiful park nearby? Can’t go wrong if you pick this place."
