"Wonderful location, close to major roads and easy to get into the city proper. Ana was very helpful and friendly with any questions we had. She does work full time in addition to being a host so sometimes we would have to wait for her to respond to us. Property was awesome. Very clean and tidy. Secure, gated property. We felt very safe. Only downside was the hosts’ dog barks a lot when in their yard which is directly behind the property. "

"Most of the staff are extremely good and friendly; however, there were lots of time when some staff members were too rigid about unimportant things (like sitting in the fine dining area 7 minutes before it officially opened for the evening). 5-star service is based on always finding a way to accommodate what the guest would like.
