The rooms are large for European standards and super comfortable. Breakfast is great and they also have additional options. Waking up and having breakfast with a beautiful Tuscan view is priceless."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Very modern. The staff in the lobby was very nice to us. But there was once employee who was significantly rude to us. It was 9 pm and I was getting ready to leave for dinner and somebody complained about me walking in heels inside the room. When the employee came to the room about the complaint he was extremely rude. "

"The staff was so kind during my stay. When my train got cancelled they allowed me to keep my luggage there while I explored until my next train. The rooftop has gorgeous views of the city! "

Although, there was no one at the property, all questions were promptly answered on WhatsApp. Location is absolutely perfect for families, just 2 stops from the Unita. "The property was good value for your money. The breakfast was included and great. The hotel is very old but it was very clean. The front desk staff allowed me to sit and read until I was able to check into my apartment. I would definitely stay there again for a short stop over. "

The housekeeper brought us a fan, which helped. We were surprised when housekeeping freshen up our room on Day 2. - which we didn’t expect. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food. Overall, a good hotel."

"I really enjoyed how easy it was staying at this property. Didn’t have any problems for check in or check out. The property also had many safety precautions. Would stay here again. I would recommend staying here when it’s cold or chilly though so you can open the window and keep the temperature inside comfortable. "
