We were so comfortable staying at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were absolutely amazed at the space available to the guests in the common area!

This Little inn in the harbor of Portsmouth was so charming! Jeremy was the best and took very good care of us. The breakfast was impeccable and our room was adorable. I would highly recommend this little gem.

Very quick response to any of questions. Warm welcome and help getting my bag up the stairs as there is no elevator. I had rm 5 just for myself. I had enough space to lay out my bag for the night. There were enough outlets in the room but wish there was one by head of the bed. No ac, but there is a fan that cooled me off lots of on demand hot water in the shower. Quiet street and very easy walk to the beach. Close to streets that have plenty of restaurants.

Cute, boutique hotel. Very clean. Restaurant onsite was convenient and food was delicious. Location was tucked back from the main road and walkable to multiple museums, restaurants and other local areas of interest.

Granted, it’s not the most lavish hotel room I’ve ever had but you simply can’t get a better location! Breakfast is included and Wi-Fi doesn’t require a pesky password. Shopping is right outside the door (the hotel is actually part of a shopping mall) and there are tons of restaurants around, many of which offer discounts to guests of the hotel.
