"Beautiful hotel. It smells amazing as you walk in. The instructions we received were clear and we even had a complimentary upgrade to the penthouse. So happy with our stay. Comfortable beds which we have not found in any other hotel we have stayed! Clean, complimentary coffee etc. We stay in preston several times a year as our daughter is at university, and normally stay in the travellodge which was rather grim. So pleased we have found this hotel. Literally in the centre of town, car park across the street. Staff were happy and so polite. Hopefully, it'll be available when we next go to preston. "

"Really nice hotel, we checked in early and Kiran sorted out finding us a room that was available so we didn't have to check in later on when we got back in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was great with Claire making sure we were well looked after."
