"We’ve stayed at various units at The Cliffs The views are phenomenal and the location is in the heart of Princeville. Charlene and Roger’s unit is no exception. Begin and end your day whale watching from the lanai, The unit has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings and everything else you could want for an enjoyable stay. "This is the place to stay. The home is beautiful and clean. The owners were fantastic. Close to everything we wanted. Pool, hot tub and grill were steps away. Home had everything we needed for the beach. We met Chris who oversees the grounds. He’s near the pool area frequently. He have us many good recommendations and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Please stay here, you will love it!"

"Beautiful home and nicely furnished. Very clean. Gorgeous private lanai. Location was good for us. Host was great. As noted in description the house does not have air cond. Since it rained several days the humidity was over the top. And the bedroom was warm at night. We did use both fans which allowed us to sleep ok. Extremely small living room Tv if that matters to you, it did to us in the evenings."

"The house was very nice, there was plenty of room for four couples to relax and enjoy the property. Plenty of outside seating, the hot tub was wonderful. We enjoyed making meals in the spacious kitchen as a group. Easy to find, beautiful area, prefect for exploring the northern coast."

"We had a great stay beautiful view ! Your new kitchen was awesome ! We had problems with your outlets they sparked and caused my charging systems to short out so I was having difficulty charging my devices because when it shorted out it fried my cords and cubes . Otherwise we had a great time . Thank you for being great host"

"We stayed here the last week of September. The location was great and easy to get to. Having no AC was not an issue as we got a great breeze through all the windows. The view is amazing in this condo and I enjoyed watching the sunset the couple times we were actually back at the condo during that time. The beds are comfortable and clean. The shower water pressure was a little hard, but not a huge issue for us. Overall my whole family enjoyed the stay."

"My recent stay at 1 Hotel in Kauai, Hawaii, was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in luxury and beauty. The resort is incredibly swanky, with meticulously maintained grounds that make you feel like you've stepped into a tropical paradise. The private beach is simply the most amazing beach I've ever experienced. The crystal-clear waters and pristine sands provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. We spent hours basking in the sun and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The food at the resort was absolutely delightful. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavor and creativity. The staff at 1 Hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special thanks to the manager, Nicholas Gold, who made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Nicholas was always available to assist us with any requests, making us feel truly valued and cared for. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to add a few more dinner entrees to the 1 Kitchen menu, which also serves as the in-room dining menu. Having a bit more variety would elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, 1 Hotel Kauai is a paradise on earth. The impeccable grounds, stunning private beach, delectable food, and outstanding staff make it a must-visit destination. I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay!"
