Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. "Very private property set in beautiful gardens. Very clean and all facilities required for a stay. I particularly liked the small garden. Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it. "Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Ferien in Viareggio! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Für 5 Personen hatten wir genug Platz und Geschirr - und sogar einen Geschirrspühler (nebst Waschmaschine). Alles da! Einzig die Entfernung zum Meer.. Wir wären gerne zu Fuss ans Meer.
