"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! "

"Our stay at Villa Santa Maria was incredible. The property was beautiful and everything was clean and well maintained. The are 2 adjacent units, one with 4 bedrooms and another with 3. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We had access to the full property with amazing accommodations. We made wood fired pizza on our last night!Our host, Franca, was very accommodating and easily reachable in case we had a question or needed something. We spent a lot of time in the pool (which was amazing) and there...

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"
