Absolutely breathtaking!!! The rooms, the view the service and the location. WOW!! And Salvatore is an absolute gem. We were unsure of how to get there and so he told us to call him when we were nearing the hotel and he stayed with me on the phone and guided our every turn. He waited for us outside so we wouldn’t miss it. Talk about outstanding service. Every room is so charming and tastefully decorated and has the most beautiful views. And just a short and beautiful walk to get to the center....

Stunning converted convent with incredible history and beautifully appointed rooms, plus gorgeous dining room, pool/jacuzzi with incredible view, lovely garden, bar, breakfast room and the staff so friendly and informative about the history.

We stayed at this beautiful air conditioned apartment 1 night. Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress. Great location, in walking distance to the city, shops and restaurants and close to the bus and train station. The host was very friendly and helpful with instructions to find the apartment. Excellent location and a beautiful, newly renovated apartment with modern amenities. The daily room service was an added bonus! The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place!

Clean room and good location

The couple who run Ottantotto went out of their way to make my stay in Viterbo most pleasant. The room was quiet and spacious, the breakfasts were good, and their restaurant recommendations were numerous and close by. A great stay.

I was in room 6 on the top floor, which was a climb, but was rewarded with perhaps the most beautiful view ever - the valley, the vinyards - it was worth the climb.

Lovely place in the old town
