"Look, I know this is a five star hotel, so you would expect good service… but these guys are absolutely excellent. We arrived on an early flight at 8.30am but they upgraded us so we could check in early for a nap… but only after we had breakfast (breakfast in the morning of arrival is a new one on me!) Flawless, chic and a breakfast so good i don’t even know what to say about it."

"Everything was perfect "

"Maybe I underestimated China, but the staffs here were extremely kind and helpful. I lost my phone in the taxi and 4 staffs came and helped me to find them by calling all places. Taxi driver requested 500 yuan to return (which was insane but I had to, to get the phone back). The hotel has shuttle that is very convenient and I returned to hotel at 4pm from Disney to rest and went back to Disney at 7pm. Very nice. I'd return here and stay again! Thanks again for those who helped me to find my phone!! "

"When I arrived, I was told that my reservation information was not available and the front desk could not check me in. I could only communicate with the reservation website staff through the APP, which took about an hour to resolve. Fortunately, I was upgraded in the end, which slightly relieved my unpleasant mood."

"Love the location and breakfast. Our room was clean and there was surprisingly little noise for being so close to the airport. The price was great and it made making the flight super easy. This was our second time her and we will stay again!"
