The staff is wonderful, the dining options are great, the sushi bar is incredible, the ocean view is beautiful, and we had no trouble getting Palapas with plenty of shade with chairs on the beach; totally included for no extra charge. The drinks are yummy, loved that Corona was on draft! Again, the staff is just incredible and make the stay truly so enjoyable. Will always stay here on our trips to Cancun! "

"We had a getaway of 4 days at this resort and it is a great hotel for families. It has entertainment for all ages, and fun entertainment at the pool. There's always food available, if is not the buffet it is a snack bar with burgers. The drinks are water down, but it is family hotel you don't want drunks around your kids. "This was a great vacation getaway. The property is a little outdated and the food is just ok. We ventured over to the Dreams resort and the Brazilian steakhouse was amazing! I will say the Dreams resort seemed nicer and had options I felt would have been more appreciated at the adults only Secrets location. The staff was amazing and attended to your every need!!! I will say staff at all the Secrets resorts I have visited have been amazing. Shout out to Thomas the golf cart driver he made the golf cart ride fun!!! Overall it’s a nice resort. "
