"The room was very clean, everything seemed new, in a Scandinavian style. They look exactly like the website show. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near a couple of subway stations and many restaurants. "The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
