"We are very fortunate to have found this hotel in Bath England. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left the hotel staff, services, cleanliness and spa kept us smiling. I highly recommend this hotel for couples looking to find the perfect hotel in Bath. We stayed in the executive room and had plenty of space for our suitcases + lots of closet and storage space. The only negative I found with the room it has a bathtub that you must step into that is a couple feet off the ground. I would not recommend this room if you are not comfortable stepping in and out of a high tub in a tight space. Hotel customers get access included with their stay to the mineral bath spa every morning for a couple hours in every evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. I highly recommend anybody staying at this hotel take advantage of the beautiful spa each day. We did not order any food but visited the bar one night and got exceptional service from the bartender. The hotel is centrally located and only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again should we choose to return to Bath. "

"Future Inn hs been my perfect choice for hotels in Bristol for the last few years for various reasons. First of all, their customer service is excellent, very polite, professional, and helpful. Breakfast is very good quality with plenty of choices. Tables get cleared and cleaned straight away. Rooms are very clean and tody. Most importantly, this is one of the rarest hotels offering 2 Queen size beds in a room which help families stay together in asngle room rather than getting splitted up into 2 rooms. Also, the room we stayed is on the side of a very busy road but it was almost sound proof that we didnt hear any sound of traffic disturbing our sleep. Beds are very comfy. We slept very well. Finally, the free luggage storing facility is very helpful when you checkout early. Located right opposite to Cabbott Circus shopping centre is the icing on thd cake. We whole heartedly recommend Future Inn."

"Stopped at the hotel half way to the destination. If you book direct with the hotel, no parking fee, if you book with a 3rd party there is a £5 a night fee (which is reasonable and fully stated in the information on the Hotels.com site for the hotel) Arrived and managed to find a parking space in the hotel area (very tight spaces due to others not parking well). Checkin was ok, the gentleman who checked me in was polite. Room was on the 1st floor (no lift but didn’t have heavy luggage so was ok), room 108. Room was pleasant enough - few stains but you come to expect those kind of things in older hotels. Only stayed overnight and didn’t have food so can’t comment on the breakfast or evening meal other than I heard last food orders was around 2115hrs "
