"The resort was beautiful and the main pool had the perfect view!"

"I would not come back to this resort. Food: - buffet has repeat food and nothing was really good. All dishes are just so so. The taste is plain ….half of the buffet are steamed, fried or grilled vegetables. The juice seemed like it was mixed with water. The fruit quality is bad most of the time, and there are not a lot of options. - Drink: you can feel they are using cheap ingredients - restaurants: french restaurant closes every other day. Italian restaurant showed it was opened on Thursday but when we came, they said it was closed. Seaside grill restaurant closes on weekends and Monday. Only Asian restaurants opens whole week but sushi restaurant doesn’t have a lot of seat, and one of asian restaurants charges extra $20. Rooms: old but clean however, resort was having construction next to my friend room in the middle of the week but did not inform them in advance. The sound was loud and from 9-5, when my friend asked they said there were no room to change and ask if my friend would like to change hotel. The resort kept sending us VIP package but honestly it sounds like scam."

"The pool was good just no available lounge chairs at the pool because people would “reserve” them 5am-6am but wouldn’t use them until late morning. "

"I have been to Cancun a lot and I never had bad experiences like this place …. Nice property but u can not do anything All restaurants are always booked u only can eat at the buffet … no room service . No restock in min refrigerator … no access to water park …….. only one pool available"

"OMG AMAZING. The loveliest resort I've ever seen and been to. Incredibly helpful staff. The restaurants were all fabulous and had almost every cuisine you could ask for. Loved the events, parties, music, atmosphere and the weather was perfect at New Year's. All the different pool options were great, and the bars were easy to access and order anything you'd like. We're definitely coming back!"

"Overall everything is awesome. All servers are great, occasionally come across couple buffet food stations where staff looks like they are not super happy to be there. The beach is nice and clean. They also do a good job cleaning and painting everywhere! However, last couple nights the AC was not working well in the room, and the fan was barely working slow... They staff said that the fan speed is fine although it was slower than other rooms by far."

"It is way too big. If you go with a group, they might just move you to any of the 6 or so properties- and they don’t care that you’ll then need to walk 2 miles to your friends area. They didn’t give us our “a-la-cart” reservations so we had to eat the horrible buffet food all the time. We had 6 people -a friend and I each booked ourselves and 2-18 year old girls. Then we wanted to have her and I in one room and the girls in another- in their view that was absolutely NOT POSSIBLE- no idea why??? We all paid and they allow 4 per room??? What’s the problem??? If you swap wrist bands and they find out they’ll call you everyday and threaten you!"
