"We absolutely loved our stay and it was nice and close to the Winter Park restaurants (Park Ave), Rollins College; as well as, has a nice lake/park to go walking nearby. Quiet neighborhood and the outdoor pool/spa was a nice retreat after a busy day. "

All the themed rooms are great and the owner provides a lot of info prior to the stay. Alyssa was there to welcome us and she was great. She gave us a quick tour of the property and made sure we knew how to use everything. Overall was just a great place for a group of friends to hangout and have some fun. "

We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. "

"Lovely, relaxing piece of property. The staff was very nice. Never saw any other guests during our stay so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There was a mini fridge in the room and a hairdryer in the bathroom. It was very clean and taken care of."
