"Clean room, spacious. The only thing is It was very cold and they didn't have heavy comforters. One thing we did not like about taking the trash all the way to the spa area. It would have been better if they will have dumpster in their own parking lot. I was on the impression that it's a wintergreen resort property but not. We are not allowed to the spa and Devils knobb grill. They need to specify while booking. "

"Pat's apartment is super conveniently located to the downtown Main Street in Hot Springs - right above a few restaurants, its easy access by foot to things is great. We did hear music starting early in the morning from downstairs each morning and the streetlights are bright throughout the night and shine through the shades to the bedroom. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay very much! Convenience is key for this listing..."
