"We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed.
