"Overall, very good, and the staff is exceptional. Parking package very worth it, room was large, comfortable and quiet. Under the renovation the building is old, so AC rattles from inside the walls at all times. Plumbing was not good - shower temp and water pressure was inconsistent, needing you to constantly have your adjust, and then it just shut off without warning a couple of times. Look elsewhere for breakfast. The buffet was the same items and quality as any lower budget chain hotel, for a high-end price."

"We booked an upgraded room unfortunately when we arrive, the room was not ready and it was broken. There was a lot of confusion among the staff of what was going on. We ended up waiting for many hours in a small cramped lobby. My wife is incredibly tired. We felt frustrated and angry, and when we had to be put in a room, we were putting in a room with incredibly noisy air conditioner. I was like sitting next to a diesel truck then room also was lower grade, but we stayed in there till our other room is ready. We moved into our right room ready by the television was broken, and I had a flickering light stove would give an epileptic person some sort of seizure the entire experience was lackluster and for the money that we paid it was completely underwhelming would avoid it all costs. Plus location and cleanliness negative everything else."

"Location was good, the room was good. The view was good. The breakfast and happy were good. Busy hotel since it's location. But slept fine and liked the room's view, as I had a higher floor room view towards downtown. It was perfect to walk to Time Square and our Stranger Things broadway show. I am a bellman myself, so the bellman's could be a just a little more thankful and friendly, but perhaps it's because of the sheer amount of people they deal with for luggage storage as it was busy and they probably get stiffed a lot too. But I tipped them well and it was efficient getting our luggage. The main complaint is I didn't have wifi the two nights I was there, it just wouldn't work for me. I didn't bother telling anyone as the front desk looked busy always too. Overall though, it was fine, expensive of course for the view and location, but it worked out fine for my girlfriend and I. Walked out the morning of check out and was easily able to hail a cab to the airport. Felt safe and got a good night sleep. They just need to fix their wifi."

"The breakfast downstairs is premade garbage in the coffee shop and over priced in the restaurant. Walk out the door and go 50 yards in either direction and you can find a dramatically better breakfast for half the price. They are still working on their elevators so if you don't mind waiting for an elevator it's a good place to stay. The gym has been recently updated and is nice. Overall the people seemed relatively disenfranchised and not the friendliest. I imagine they deal with a ton of people who are pretty demanding so I don't blame the for this but a smile goes a long way."
