Ernesto and family were so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond!

Never stayed at a JK Place property before. Exceeded all expectations. Encountered 8-10 different staff during 3 night stay. Every one of them couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful, especially those at the reception desk. This includes the general manager who introduced himself and served us snacks and a welcome drink upon our arrival. Can't think of any way the staff could have provided better or more service. Think this can only be achieved by smaller boutique hotels like the JK Place...

Absolutely lovely. Steps aways from the Steps of Piazza Spagna, you are in the heart of the city but away from the madness. Staff is FABULOUS. Helpful and kind. Room cleaning services deserves SIX STARS, they made up our room and left it looking like a spread for an interior decoration magazine. Best housekeeping n the world. Wonderful all arounnd. Spa is world class.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary early check-in. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect – close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a wide variety of options, and the...

I forgot my handbag in our rental car ( along with my passport, wallet, driver's license). The Frontier desk staff ( forgot his name) help my husband call the rental company at the airport. I finally decided to go back to tge airport to see if my purse was turned in. He called a taxi for us, the drive drove us, waited for us to pick up my purse ( yes there are kind people in this world who honestly turned in my puse untouched). Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty to chose from....

We really enjoyed our stay at Teichnersuite! The location is excellent, and the room is spacious and very nicely kept. The windows face the piazza San Lorenzo, offering a nice view, and Vincent our host gave us excellent service and great recommendations for our stay in Rome. Teichnersuite was overall an excellent choice for us, a family of four who travels light and doesn’t mind the stairs at the entrance. In fact we think the stairs add character to the place, however for people who bring a...

Took care of every detail

This is a great property. The suites are extremely clean and spacious and great for a family. You'll find plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We'll definitely be staying here when we are back in Rome.

This hotel was great. Located in one of the best areas to walk 2 mins to Spanish steps, 10 minutes to the pantheon, 20 minutes to the Vatican and 25 minutes to the colosseum. Also was a very safe area and the hotel does a great job of locking everything down at night. The staff was always a delight greeting us in the morning and helping us with any questions we had. Truly the only complaint we had was that the shower didn’t stay hot for long, but still would give it a 5/5. House keeping did a...

Beautiful quiet grounds right outside a busy City. This place makes you feel like a million dollars. 👍

The property is very clean and beautiful. You fill yourself as some royalty living in the beautiful palace. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The rooms are big, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very delicious, with a big variety and well organize. There is nothing we didn't like about Rome Cavalieri. Dreaming of coming back soon.

This is a beautiful historic property situated in the center of Rome's most wonderful attractions and restaurants. No need for public transportation. The room comes with world class hospitality and the finest concierge service. We would highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to our friends, family and any savvy traveler with discriminating tastes. All aces here!

I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel. For the low price we paid, I can't believe how great the hotel was. We paid over double for several other hotels that were AWFUL. Pros: The location is great. The hotel is down the street from the Colosseum and a 5 minute walk from both the Colosseo (B Line) and the Manzoni (A Line) metro stops. It is close to several cafes so it is easy to grab a cappuccino, sandwich, or a drink. There is also a park within 2 minutes of the hotel that...

Everyone working at the hotel was first rate and wonderful, the establishment was clean and great, I'd go back for sure... there were some material choices in our room for the drawers that had permanent finger prints and stains all over them that was a little off putting at first... but the were clean, just looked dirty.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location at the top of the Spanish Steps is perfect when exploring Rome by foot. The provided breakfast buffet was wonderful. I will be returning to Rome in 2026 and I will definitely stay here for that visit.

Very good hotel with free laundry room, a section with pool and ping pong tables. Restaurant was actually good. Also there is a walking section with lounge tables that was nice Felt safe in the hotel. Only drawback is the area around the hotel is not nice so we usually took taxis. However I recommend this hotel.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I have arrived late and the restaurants were closed, Martina the receptionist offered me a sandwich and fries for free!

Spacious

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!! The rooms are so beautiful. The bed was very comfortable with a nice down comforter. The bathroom was enormous with a seating area and separate toilets. The staff was so helpful and generous. It was within walking distance to Vatican City and all the major tourist attractions. Very quiet for such a bustling town. They go above and beyond at this hotel. The restaurant just had its grand opening while we were staying there and it was a real who’s who of...
