"We had a wonderful stay at Super Hotel Saitama! The room was compact but exceptionally clean and comfortable, and having Netflix made our stay even more relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the spa was spotless and refreshing. The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Room was quite clean but some issues with the mini fridge being off and a bit of a musty smell in the bathroom which needed the exhaust fans to run 24/7 to remove it, but then the noise from doing that. The laundry is located on Floor 14 right near the smoking room, which was unfortunate. The breakfast was decent, but no real variation day to day."

"If you're looking for a more upscale hotel in Omiya, Palace Hotel Omiya is an excellent choice. Staying here was definitely the right decision. I arrived from Haneda Airport using the Airport Limousine Bus, which took about 70 minutes. It was so convenient because I didn't have to worry about hauling large suitcases through busy train stations. The bus stop is just steps from the hotel entrance.
