We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes. Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded swim-out suites at check-in.
