"We had a great stay at La Terraza. There was a bit of an issue checking in on time, but the receptionist was very kind and friendly and did her best to get things moving. Our stay was comfortable and easy other than that small issue. Loved the rooftop and the staff was so helpful in providing pack-n-plays for the kids in our party. "
