Short drive to Isla Verde beach as well as the mall and old San Juan. Walking distance from La Placita which is a great place to go out if your into nightlife or to get some food in then day. "What an amazing property Coqui del Mar is. Hotel is overall well kept. We stayed at their biggest room, Orange Room, which has a HUGE kitchen, living room, and cute little bathroom. The property is generally well kept, although some areas started to show its age and could use refreshing, i.e. shower in the bathroom, appliances in the kitchen, plants around properties that are not well trimmed, outdoor furniture and turf around hot tub that started to show its age. "This is generally a very nice hotel in a great location. There is a certain mustiness to the property, unfortunately, which is masked by heavy doses of Febreze. Some of the room details could use updating. The exercise facility was "out of order" during our stay. That said, the views across the lagoon and out to the ocean are spectacular, especially from the roof. The staff were also very congenial and helpful. And the rates are very reasonable for San Juan."

"This place was difficult to find. Adolpho was nice but hard to get a hold of. The apartment was “ok” clean but very bare. It was not very comfortable with the neighborhood. We heard cars all night. I would not choose to stay again. Sorry"
