"Great location as a home base to visit Venice for a few days. It's an old building with lots of character, wonderful staff, beautiful details, just abit more than a hostel and way more privacy, best location too. Highly recommend to solo or couple travelers as well."

"Beautiful hotel with nice decor and Murano glass fixtures all over the lobby and room. Staff available 24 hours in the lobby and helped us get a water taxi to the airport for a very early flight. On a nice, quiet side street but close to get to the main sites and water taxis. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options and plenty of seating, cappuccinos were just ok. Pool table and bar in the lobby were great to have. Room was nice and unique with our bed in a loft area and the kids beds down the stairs. Only bummer was that the little pool in the courtyard was not heated. "

"Location: This hotel is very aptly located right next to the the famous Rialto bridge and vaporetta stop is very close. Rooms: are big with decent size bathroom (compared to other bathrooms in italy) Breakfast: is very good with options for no egg vegetarians like us. (Milk/coffee/hot chocolate/fruit salad/yougurts/bread/cornetto/veggie salad/juice/cereals/cheese/butter) they do have other non veg items too Staff: very very polite and helpful outside official hours as well. Overall i liked this hotel a lot and would recommend to book is well in advance. Cons: only 1 thing missing is elevator if you have heavy bags"

"The staff truly made our trip better with guidance on local authentic restaurants, to suggestions of a daily private boat tour of Venice that runs daily directly from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a range of gluten free options and the room was clean and had a wonderful view of the canal-albeit slightly obscured by the construction and scaffolding of the building opposite."
