"What a beautiful hotel. We had the Grand Canal Suite overlooking the Grand Canal and it was gorgeous. Big room with a sitting room to watch the world float by. Breakfast was great every morning and the rooftop bar was excellent! Excellent location close to Rialto bridge. 10/10!"

"The staff was rude, there was no tea/ coffee, or Kleenex in the room. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the tub plug doesn’t work, so you couldn’t have a bath. The bed and pillows were old and the chairs were wiggly. The pool was not open, and the restaurant was unavailable. But mostly the rude staff was very unwelcoming. This hotel ruined our visit to Venice. Do not stay here. "

"Great stay in Venice, highly recommended! The hotel is excellent, clean, modern, and brand new 1 year old only. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and we had a really great overall experience. It’s also very convenient that they allow luggage storage, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. The customer service was wonderful, and the staff all speak English, which made everything easy for us. We also really appreciated the drinking water refill station such a thoughtful and practical feature. The location is very convenient, especially being near Tronchetto. You can take a taxi from the train station for about €26 or the vaporetto for €9.50 per person. The only downside was the shower drain, it was quite slow, so water tends to pool while showering. Overall, still a very good stay and highly recommended!"

"The hotel was a great location that was close to everything. The staff was amazing! There were stairs for sure but they had someone to help with bags. They even set us up with a tour to murano included in the cost. We had a room with a view of the Rialto bridge and I couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to in the morning."
