"This hotel is beautiful! The property is well taken care of and has beautiful plants/flowers! The view of the city from the hotel is breathtaking. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only difficulty we had was figuring out how to initially get into the property since it is locked/gated. "

"We loved staying at Enotel Sunset Bay. Ponta do Sol is a fantastic location on Madeira. The hotel is right in front of the ocean and beach and all rooms have ocean views.We stayed on the 4th floor in the seaview rooms with balcony. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well-equiped. The 4th floor is where the roof top deck is located. It was a great place to soak in some sunshine and relax after a day of hiking. The indoor pool was also a bonus. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with lots of great choices. There is free underground parking, but it is somewhat difficult to get into and can get full. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and I highly recommend."

"The hotel is very nice and in a great location! The only thing that was a bit of a negative was the lack of hangers in the bathroom for towels etc which made it difficult to dry stuff. Other than that, a top hotel with super friendly stuff. "
