Beautiful and clean stay. Limited to no staff to help.

Everything was very good! The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.

The room was clean and smelled wonderful (both reasons I generally stay at Hampton Inns), the people were friendly, the breakfast was good and the packed lunch was a bonus. It was the first time I had ever been able to hear anyone in another room (maybe the insulation between the rooms wasn't quite as good as it might have been??) but as soon as I called and complained, it was taken care of....

This is about the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this particular Hampton Inn. It has always been a pleasant stay. Breakfast was served and it was very enjoyable. I wish more of the other guests would have been more considerate about wearing a mask and gloves at least while getting their breakfast. But overall it was a good visit! We will be back soon!

Upon arrival, the lobby was well lit. There was a overpowering air freshener. Maybe they put it in the main vent. It wasn’t bad in the room, but it was pretty strong in the lobby area. It did smell good, but it could be a little overpowering. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was ample. I didn’t use any of the amenities and I did not have breakfast.

Nice hotel located in a nice area. The hotel itself is tucked away in a secluded location but is still very close to every shop you might need. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Typical amenities that you expect. A free hot breakfast in the morning. We stayed here as a resting point on our way to Florida because our normal hotel (Drury Inn - the highly rated one) was full. Very comfortable beds and quiet rooms

There were kids running up and down the hall this morning making a lot of noise otherwise it was good.

Great place to stay with family. Safe neighborhood.

Great staff…really good breakfast. My only issue was with the TV…the internet would not stay connected to it and we were unable to stream (Netflix, Amazon, etc)…and there was no CNN offered / was Fox News everything.

This was our second trip to this hotel. Homewood Suites are wonderful! You get a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, two flat screen TVs, a DVD player and lots o movies to choose from at the front desk.

we were a little hesitant with a ground floor room. but it was so nice and very quiet. Great front desk help.

Everything was perfect I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

We stayed here while attending a weekend ice hockey tournament. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, a typical continental breakfast. They did run out of sausage gravy for the biscuits and did not replenish it. The room and bathroom were very clean. It was a short walk to the Pelham ice rink. I would definitely stay there again.
