Host didn't care about the poor level of effort towards providing a clean property to enter and when confronted, was arrogant, condescending and hostile. Your property was unclean, you and your staff failed, not our fault. Clearly hadnt been thoroughly cleaned in weeks maybe longer, only a quick hoover of the main pathway before our arrival."
