"This was a top-notch accommodation which exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The dining options were spectacular. The attention to detail in the service and the range of complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby were amazing as well. We especially loved the onsen, which was the highlight of our trip - the outdoor onsen with views of the garden lit up at night was simply bedazzling. The shuttle buses running to and fro Gora Station made transportation relatively accessible, and we found the location of the property quite central to the different spots we wanted to visit. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Hakone. "

"It is a 5 min walk from the station, the rooms are clean and the building feels new. The real differentiator though is the onsen on the 12 floor with sauna, hot and cold baths... a treat."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Great views of the lake and Fuji. The lift to the top of Mt. Hakone was an easy walk, and the hotel offers frequent buses to the town and Odawara station. The room was cool and well kept, and we enjoyed the restaurant and unique architecture."

"The property is located at the north exit of Mishima station, most of the restaurants are at the south exit area. It's a long walk from north exit to south exit unless you pay 150¥ to enter the station. Lucky the hotel provides free shuttle bus.👍👍"

"Everything is good. Super clean. Very convenient for transportation and shopping. Just slightly noisy from nearby trains at night. Easy check-in and check-out. "

"2 minute walk to numazu station, hotel was great and staff were super helpful. I requested a Japanese travel adaptor as my U.K. plug did not fit and they let me borrow it. "
