"We were greeted with enthusiasm and a smile by Anthony who got our room ready as we arrived earlier than expected. Great amenities and good value. Very convenient to Tram stop."

"A great guest house with easy access to the sites of Edinburgh"

"Wonderful quiet location walking distance to tram and good restaurants"

"Was close to High street cafes and restaurants. Excellent bus service to train station and old Town. Single guy traveler so accommodate suitable for 1 night stay. Book room with bathroom but bathroom was a separate room down the hallway. No common room that I noticed."

"Grosvenor Suites was in a perfect location! Very clean, very comfortable and very easy to check in/out"

"Beautiful building, convenient location, great shower, great coffee"

"Great location! Room was comfortable and clean. However we were not sure how to contact or speak with staff so it made checking in and checking out a bit confusing. Still would recommend staying here for your trip to Edinburgh!"

"Clean rooms and wonderful staff. Good location as well. We truly enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, cozy room, quiet"

"It was an amazing stay. Bathroom was as expected. Very close to shops and restaurants."

"Incredibly kind owners and the place is absolutely lovely, clean and comfortable"

"This is not a hotel. It is more like a hostel for people with money. If you don’t mind sharing a bathroom and shower with other male & female guests with no running water in your sleeping room then select them. It was NOT what I was expecting and was an uncomfortable stay. I do not recommend unless you like a room without an attached bathroom."
