Beautiful room with a spectacular view of the Themes River. Room had every amenity, a beautiful new Hyatt, quiet and lovely. Great Breakfast Buffet! (The construction around them is not their fault, just made it inconvenient driving in for a jet lagged driver from the states!)

This is a beautiful hotel, in a very convenient location. There are two tubes stations within a five minute walk in either direction. There is also a lovely Queens river walkway located just across from hotel that leads along the Thames River all the way to the Eye Ferris wheel. Not sure where to begin. This may be the most unique hotel/Inn we’ve ever experienced. Every detail of the place was restored to perfection. The style oozes out of every corner. Fantastic hotel with unmatched views of London. This is now my goto hotel when in London. It is conveniently located right above the London bridge station so you can easily catch the tube or national rail.

We were skeptic on the location at first but once we got to the neighborhood and hotel, it was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the tube station as well as Big Ben, the locations was excellent. We booked this property last minute, due to not liking the original hotel we booked using points. It ended up being great! Walking distance to the tower bridge and the Tower of London. Many nearby restaurants, and loads of public transportation options. Only negative would be room size. You really had no where to put your clothes other than hanging them up. A small dresser would be appreciated. We had a King deluxe room

The housekeeping staff is exceptional. The room id cleaned thoroughly, and I appreciate the excellent service. However, the paid parking is extremely frustrating and feels like a rip-off. After already paying a substantial amount for the hotel, having to spend close to £80 per day on parking is unreasonable, especially for guests who need to leave and return to the hotel three or four times a day.
