"This is a great hotel in a wonderful location. Everything was perfect except for the entrance. In front of the luxurious hotel is a bunch of trash, cigarette butts, no seating area outside waiting for uber. That's one thing I would improve."

The staff at the front desk told me to enjoy the views from the lounge, and went above and beyond to explain where everything was located in the hotel. When I got to my room I had a follow up call to ensure everything was going ok. Incredible first class service from everyone I encountered in the hotel - felt very welcome and taken care of.
