The unit, we stay was amazing, clean and easy to parking . Near by the wakiki beach , near by zoo, near by market. I like this place. We will come back. Thanks for make us stay safe and been good time for summer.

The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. (Important factor for me) Room size was smaller than expected but I didnt go there to stay in the hotel and the beds were comfortable. Spa services were amazing. Parking was simple. Everything was amazing!!! The place was perfect! Nice view. A block away from the beach..lots of places to eat within walking distance. Great location. Would stay here again!

For the most part it was ok. They don’t clean the halls of your room area and you have to pay for parking $35 a day!

There is NO BEACH !! NOT A BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!! Beach is washed away!!

They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.

Everything was as described. With a rental car, it was great having a parking garage.

Great location close to the beach. Great price for the area and quality. Wonderful breakfast each day. Only suggestion would be to work on the drainage for the AC units. The condensation drops from the above unit onto the unit in the room making a constant dripping noise. Great place overall.

It is the best option for traveling!

I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable. We went to this hotel because another couple was sharing a room, and that is the only hotel with two king-size beds. There was a lovely gift basket in the room with flip-flops, two water bottles, some snacks and some sanitizing wipes. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing! The staff was so friendly, the food was beyond delicious. The pool area was phenomenal, with comfortable seats. I can’t say enough good about this hotel! we chose this hotel because we could get a 2 bedroom condo which was great for traveling with 2 teenagers, we had 2 bathrooms, plenty of room, all brand new and upgraded ammenities.

We booked a partial ocean view and found that the circle hotel blocked our view, so we were upgraded to a full ocean view for a minimum per night cost. Very pleasant workers from front desk to maids.

We really enjoyed staying here. great spot for shopping and dining options and great for sightseeing before cruise

Staff was great. Definitely pay the $40 for nightly parking on Sunday and Thursday nights so you don’t get towed on Ala Wai Blvd. Great room location was walkable. We payed a little more to have the executive suite and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.
