"Staff were first class, from bar staff, breakfast and reception. Nothing was ever too much. Staying in a group and some rooms dated but still completely fine, could see they are in the process of upgrading and one of the group was in said room and was lovely. Beautiful bar area too and lovely to be right on the water, near local attractions and right across from the tram stop. Parking just along the road too for £45 for 3 days which isn’t too bad. Absolutely top class service and would recommend to anyone. Thanks again! "

"Enjoyed the stay. 2 kids enjoyed family room as they had their own area. I am 2m tall. Had problem in shower and bath. This could have been bigger. Food very tasty. But was waiting for 2h to be prepared. Be aware about following: - car park very expensive. You can get car park near. - Breakfast also expensive. -pleasure park and waterpark is very very close."
