"We loved the unit and the views. The unit was clean and comfortable. The host was amazing! the communication was clear and he also provided a list of activities, restaurants, and shopping in the area. The only issues (which has nothing to do with owner) The entrance into the building isn't well lit and also the building read along with our contract "no dogs" and we encounter more than 4 coming on and off elevators. I love the area and the beach!"

"Taking into consideration all of the issues below, we did enjoy our stay. Very well laid out house with so much room you could go the whole week and not see each other. Great location with quick beach access. With that said, there were some issues with the house: 1. Bugs: we found numerous bugs (some very large) around the house, including in the kids bunk beds. 2. Both dishwashers are very difficult to use. One was leaking and both had bottom racks that fell every single time you pulled them...

"only about 2 minute walk to the beach and having 4 chairs already reserved for us was a definite plus !. This part of the beach is not crowded since no high-rise condos in this section. Very nick pool to relax in as well.. Kids had a great time after going to the beach and still get more fun time at the house. Any issues were dealt with promptly by the host."

"It is a great home however, icemaker did not work and we only received one bag of ice, outlets from the bottom floor all the way to the top floor continued to trip or not work, several lightbulbs in the bathrooms that were out made it very hard to see, the pool needed to be cleaned thoroughly, broken bathroom door upstairs, several of the ceiling fans on high we’re barely working, one of the TVs upstairs would not work and the grill outback is a huge fire hazard."

The management company has concise communication, is very helpful, and provide an efficient experience. The property is in a private HOA that controls the beach front giving you a unique and premium beach experience without overcrowding or having to share your comfort zone with undesirable parties. The proximity to food and grocery is perfect."

"This home was breathtaking!! The views from the kitchen were breathtaking! Words won’t do it justice. Hubby and I enjoyed morning coffee on the rooftop deck. The open floor plan was perfect for our family. Every room was super spacious. Two of them, right off the back deck. Decor was modern, bright, light. Super comfy, luxurious, and family friendly. The master bedroom is to die for! The swimming pool area gave us sooooo many memories and photoshoot backdrops! The beach couldn’t be any closer...
