We had room 414 with a kitchenette which looked nice but we did not use it. Room was nice and large with a sofa. Bathroom was a tight squeeze. Everything was very nice. I think we had a trainee check us in so this not reflective of entire staff but no WiFi instructions were given, frustratingly had to call front desk for promo code. We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! This hotel has by far been the best I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like I was receiving $1000 treatment for a $400 hotel. I will never stay in another hotel when I come to this area, only this one. Super clean, breakfast was incredible, and the entire building is very beautiful and impressive. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

June and all the staff at Home 2 Suites were so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful! We were there 4 nights for my nephew's wedding and also had the rehearsal and dinner in one of the meeting rooms off the lobby. We also had the big screen for the Brewers World Series game that Friday night which was so special. The staff was so accommodating and helpful! The room was big and beds comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel! It is a homey and welcoming place!

Everything was great, staff was very friendly and nice. Had a great turkey pesto sandwich in the bar. Prices in the bar are reasonable. They are pet friendly but the pet fee is $100, a bit steep.

Good food, super clean rooms, nice staff

My husband and i stayed here for his birthday. It was a great experience. We booked ste 8. It was the biggest room on the property and has a private entrance. There are many things to do in the area. We had a great personable experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

A Gem!!! Exceeded every expectation. From the keyless entry and room security, to the floor by floor internet, full chef’s kitchens and common spaces, the facilities are contemporary and luxurious. The 20’ high ceilings and attention to every detail made this property standout. We were able to meet and personally thank the owner for his efforts I making this an impeccably pleasant retreat.
