"Extremely convenient location. Easily connects with all manner of transportation, Just outside the hotel! First class service from top to bottom. They even gave us an upgraded room for free. Very good buffet breakfast if you get the meal plan."

"Gorgeous hotel near Kyoto Station. The Complimentary shuttle was so helpful. Also close to bus stops, and walkable. We loved the restaurant in the Lobby, went three times. Kid friendly. They loved the spaghetti. Also a vegetarian friendly option. A Lawson across the street for beauty and snacks. Staff was helpful and kind. Gorgeous Zen water space. Would definitely stay here again.
