"When we checked in we had the pleasure of the Reception Manager, handling our room assignment, we requested a higher floor and better view than our original room and without hesitation we were moved to the 15 th floor with a million dollar view which was perfect as we were staying 10 days in London. The staff was completely helpful in every way , as I asked for some shipping supplies specifically some boxes and bubble wrap, which was taken care of with a smile . The nicest stay in Europe I have ever had ! "

The only drawback for my wife and me was that the room was small and only one person at a time could fit in the bathroom, which slowed down the logistics of getting out of the hotel each the morning and going to bed at night. But that may be unavoidable in hotels in central London."
