"We we were in the Out of Africa room, set apart in a complex of 4 suites in a unit apart from the Inn itself. The room was uniquely created to feel like an escape to Africa, and heated by a lovely gas fireplace. The breakfast both mornings, delicious. A perfect getaway!"

"The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. They were fast and lots of choices. It had lots of baked goods. I got the chesdar omeltte and bacon and toast plus fruits in season lime melon etc. Its a lovely place it takes you back in time. The owner is very easy going and nuce and can answer most questions"

"I enjoyed my stay in The Clark Suite. Very easy check in and helpful staff. West Stockbridge is a quaint town, easy to walk about and wonderful dinner/ice cream options. The Shaker Inn provided Gluten Free options for breakfast including fresh oj, fruit and great coffee. The room/bathroom were immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "The friendly owner checked me in and the facilities manager was speedy when I requested an extra towel. I appreciated the local restaurant recommendations. It’s not fancy/upscale but the room was clean and a nice size, with desk and nightstand. I appreciated the fridge with a legit freezer section and the microwave. The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet. We stayed again several days later when we were passing through and had another really good experience. Great place to stay!"
