"Excellent location and staff "

"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"Although it was rather packed for their bookings over the long holiday. I appreciate that the staff tried their best to give me a connecting room as I had a baby with me. I love Avante and this is my second stay. It’s really convenient to walk to 1 Utama mall and also the Utama farm."

"Quite noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours. Kids running down hallways screaming didn't make for a good night sleep. Good amenities, room size is large (double twin plus). For transit hotel, this is better than most"
