"Excellent location- right next to shinagawa train station which is a major station you can use to access Shinkansen trains as well as local lines. We also enjoyed the attached aquarium and shops/ restaurants. However, the rooms were the smallest of our 4 hotels in Japan and the bathroom is tiny. It felt a bit like a cruise ship room and bathroom. We did enjoy the lounge. Because the room is so tiny it was nice to come back to the hotel after a busy day and go grab a free drink and talk in...

"Everything was great except the floor we were staying on had an old mildewy smell. Room was not smelly but the A/C unit itself blew humid air. I left my hat on the vent and it was wet in the morning. They were renovating while we were there, though, so who knows how it changed. "
