"The hotel staff charge your card before you arrive, and then tell you they need to charge you again when you get there. They did not explain the reason or why they do this. The shower had mold in it, and the toilet handle was broken. It’s been nearly 24 hours since checking out and they still have not released the hold nor have they sent me my folio explaining the charges. "

"The staff, check-in/out and breakfast were exceptional. However the room we had absolutely smelled of B.O. it was awful and because they were booked solid we couldn’t move rooms. Every time we wanted to use the pool and hot tub we were told they were closed for maintenance. Not sure we’d stay here again. Too bad because we come to the coast every 6-8 weeks. This will not be one of our go to’s. "

"Rooms were clean. A basic hotel room. I found the bed comfortable. Carpets in the hallway and room. I did not notice the outside noice but could have been due to jet lag(past out). However, my husband noticed the noice from the hallways that echoed in our room and soundproofing between the rooms was not good. But if your tired you may not notice it like me. A few conveniences in the area such as grocery, store, dollar store, and Tim Hortons. Moxies within the hotel, however I feel like a discount should have been offered to people staying in the hotel. I did enjoy their burger on the menu! No breakfast offered. Coffee/Tea offered in lobby in morning but wasnt informed and noticed too late. Did not use the pool or weight room, so no comment. "
