"Lovely hotel and eelcoming staff at reception and cleaners were very friendly. Only issue we had during our stay was when we went for breakfast the hotel somehow checked us out. Even though it was about 2 hours before the checkout time and we didnt check out or even go to reception at that time. So when we went back to our room, we couldnt get in to get our things to check out and we had to clarify with the cleaners who we were so we could gain acess to the room for our things. "Everything was top notch apart being charged an extra £30 for 2 nights so that I could have bedding on the sofa bed. Room says it's good for 4 people because it has a double bed and a sofa bed, so booked it for 2 people so we could use as a twin room. That was where reception asked for the extra pounds as they said I didn't state I wanted it as a twin room... although there was nowhere to state I wanted to use it as a twin room when I went through the booking stage"
