Despite the hotel being japanese-style, the rooms were clean and we had enough space for the two of us and our luggages. The complimentary yaki soba noodles from 9-11pm every night was amazing after a long day out, along with the variety of free ice creams. "What a treat! This hotel is luxurious without the attitude. The rooms were huge. The bath room was a spa-complete with a large soaking tub and Byredo bath products. The staff were lovely. Particularly the gentleman at the entrance. He was wonderful!"

Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka."
