"In terms of location it’s great! Friendly staff and easy to get to. Although I have a few negative comments, one being the breakfast is absolutely horrible. Not much options & no milk alternatives! I did not eat breakfast there although I paid for it. Secondly, the lifts are impossible to get. I don’t understand why have not separated the lifts based on floors. It gets so busy and takes forever to get up/down. Lastly, the room size in Japan is known to be small and that’s fine! However the layout is very bad, you don’t have enough space to move around. I also felt the bathroom was very much like. 2-3 star hotel and standards were very low. Although, it’s in a nice area, I would recommend another hotel in the area instead"

"The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was well situated to metro stations and shopping and there were abundant restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My only concern is with the bathroom shower curtain; it smelled moldy and should nee see washed or replaced."

"Excellent staff and service. Has laundry facilities and buffet breakfast hotel restaurant. Located in Umeda with excellent subway lines to all major attractions. Lots to do in the area as well. Easy to find as linked to Yodobashi-Camera building. Would’ve liked cotton swabs and pads as part of the amenities."

"Loved this hotel for its proximity to shopping plazas and the major transit lines. The room was spacious and had many amenities within it, and the spa/public bath were great too! All of the staff that I encountered were well accustomed to speaking English, which was nice for not having to navigate Google Translate. Breakfast was included for us, and comprised of traditional Japanese fare. Due to this, I was able to try many new foods that I may have not have gotten to experience otherwise during my stay in Japan. My only two "quirks" were that the toilet has a privacy sound-emitting option that comes on automatically when you sit on the toilet, that cannot be shut off easily. This makes overnight trips to the toilet a bit of a nuisance; and that the process of "checking in" and out of the spa can be confusing as well. Luckily, there are staff members at the entrance to the spa that guide you through this process. My advice for any travellers that use the spa are to make sure that you carry both the shoe locker and spa locker lanyards with you while you're walking around the spa corridors. The shoe locker lanyard is used for accessing your shoes at the entrance to the spa, entering the spa changing area, accessing the cooling room and heated stone spas, and for the checking in and out of the spa, whereas the spa lanyard is used only for locking up your clothes within the changing area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Osaka. :)"
