"Room was clean and very well maintained. Instructions were also clear. My only complaint is about the laundrette on second floor. It was rather limited with only 5 for the whole hotel. Most tourists wash their clothes in the night and I ended up staying past midnight just to wait for my turn to wash clothes. There is only one chair in the laundry room. As my room was near the laundry room, it was disconcerting to see people sitting on the floor of the corridor. They may be doing their laundry and waiting their turn but it did not create a safe feeling. Otherwise, I love how close it was to major shopping mall (5 minute walk) and near 24-hour Family Mart(5 minute walk) ."

"Room was cleaned daily as requested. Everything was very detailed when it came to explaining how for use their amenities. Staff was very kind and helpful. New towels daily as requested."

"Staff was rude when we asked for help with automated check in machine. She just shown us 1 step and walked away. She was not attending any customers. Look like a Chinese lady. Disappointed. We booked a Deluxe High Floor and but the room size look the same like the Standard room that we booked previously."

"Hotel was close to everything, transit is just 10 minutes walk, few starions. restaurants are everywhere any food ypu desire to. Hotel have great amenities, piyamas, sleepers and any esensials you need to. Staff is very nice and efficent. Laundry room in the second floor ypu cam monitor the staus from your room tv, including the ones thay are not in use. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, expensive, but worst every penny. Room are nice and very confortabke Great hotel, highly recommended. Will go baxk next time we are in Osaka."
