"Room was clean and quiet. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet had a great variety (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt with about 7 different toppings, cereal, french toast, salad with multiple dressings, udon noodles, curry & rice, different juices, and at the touch of a button the coffee dispenser would produce about 5 or 6 different drinks. I would recommend this place to everyone…oh and you literally cant be closer to a subway line. You walk out the front door and the stairway down is immediately to your left. Google maps may want you to take a different line depending on your destination but there is a line really close to you. When I checked in someone came right over to assist me and when I checked out it was super easy (just put your card into the machine and press “check out” you're done). "

"Very enjoyable stay, modern with touch screen controls, well thought out room layout, the guest lounge where you can do work and enjoy warm/iced drinks via the drink dispenser. The location from the train station may seem far at first but once you understand how the pedestrian walkways are in Umeda its actually is very accessible with out crossing roads!"

"Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. My only complaints are that the dryers in the laundry rooms don't really work, but we had a similar experience at another hotel in Japan, so maybe it's just a Japan thing. Same goes for the room not getting quite cold enough to sleep comfortably."

"Stayed in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto and Tones Osaka was THE best hotel. The room was very roomy and comfortable. The bath/shower was great for soaking after a long day of walking and then rinsing off. The comforter was very fluffy and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel!"
