"This is a brilliantly located hotel above Osaka Station. It is a 3 star hotel but the service, location, cleanliness and room were excellent. I took the cheapest internal tiny room because I came in late and got up VETG early to take the train to Kyoto. Room served its purpose beautifully. Only negative is shower is over the bath and it is a high sided bath."

"I had booked a room and paid extra for breakfast.. on my first day of breakfast I realised that had nothing there for lactose intolerant or allergies. I went to the counter and asked for a refund for breakfast because I wasn’t happy with it and the manager said you are on a non-refundable stay… What has the breakfast got to do with this day? My kids would not eat the breakfast and I ask for a refund only for the breakfast so we could go down the road and eat what was suitable for us… also I am not racist but when I’m in Japan, I want the manager of the hotelh and I want to stop in the restaurant to be Japanese. I’m not putting up with rude foreigners that can’t even speak English or don’t understand what Armond milk is"
