"Nos quedamos en este hotel por una semana teníamos reservado dos cuartos. Para empezar el agua tenia un olor super fue que asta asco me daba usarla. El segundo día la regadera exploto en uno de los cuartos y se mojo todo el baño fuimos a recepción para decirles. Si nos cambiaron a un cuarto nuevo. Después de eso al día siguiente todo el hotel quedo sin agua por casi toda la mañana/tarde. El 5to día todos nos tuvimos que bañar con agua super fría eso duro como dos días y differentes tiempos. Fuimos a reception para ver que podían hacer por todo los inconvenientes que avía pasado y el gerente quedo en llamarnos y nunca nos llamo. Fuimos otra vez a reception para preguntarles que si el gerente estaba, alguien del staff fue para ver si podia ablar con nosotros y el gerente le dijo que el estaba atendiendo otros asuntos y que esperáramos asta que el nos ablar a. NUNCA nos llamo y eso fu un día antes de nuestro check out. Yo nunca volvería a quedarme en este hotel. Y aun espero la llamada del gerente para ver que aga algo por todos estas inconveniencias que tuvo durante esa semana."

"Es un muy buen hotel, me gustó mucho. Los empleados y los gerentes fueron estupendos y brindaron un excelente servicio. Lo único negativo es que el agua tenía un olor fuerte a hierro, lo que hacía un poco incómodo bañarse. También sería excelente si contara con un bar."

"Clean room. Big spacious room. Has a nice pool area. Would recommend. The air con is noisy so as long as you have ear plugs or cool down the room down while you are out and switch off for bed it’s absolutely fine. "

"Everything about Hotel Morales is perfect. Location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and rooms, cleanliness, maintenance, on-site restaurant and bar, beautiful pool area, service in the room and at the pool. We've stayed here many times. It's in the historic district a few blocks from the central square with historic buildings, markets, and great bars and restaurants. Try Cantina Fuentes by the cathedral."

"I would strongly recommend avoiding this property. The room had a strong sewer odor, and the pillows and bedding appeared dirty. The location also felt unsafe, with questionable activity occurring nearby. The swimming pool was dirty and cold, and the air conditioning in the room did not work. Due to these issues and the overall poor condition of the property, we had to check out early. Unfortunately, despite explaining our concerns, the property refused to provide a refund. This was a very disappointing experience. "
