"Incredibly satisfied with our experience at Locke. We posted up in London for 10 days, traveling elsewhere throughout our time but using Locke as our home base. The unit was incredibly clean and had everything we needed and more. The staff was amazing. Our flight was delayed, so we were concerned our delayed check in could cause us to lose our reservation. The team was communicative and reassuring throughout. The cafe in the lobby was a huge plus! We had an in-unit kitchenette which was great in the late evenings when we became snackish. Having an in-unit washer was a happy surprise! There was a market nearby, which we visited nightly. I couldn’t have asked more from our stay at Locke and will actively look for Locke properties for our future travels after this experience."

"What an amazing stay! My wife and I chose this hotel due to the Hilton name, it was our first time traveling abroad and wanted something familiar. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was great, but the best part was the staff, especially the lobby staff. I want to give a shout out to our 2 favorite bartenders, Tan and Dani. That’s not to shortchange the other members of the lobby staff, those 2 just happened to be the ones to mostly serve us. The conversations were light and funny, the perfect way to cap off the night. When we come back to London, we will surely stay at Canopy by Hilton, as well as recommend to others. Other things to consider: -This hotel is right next to the bust station, as well as less than 1 block from Aldgate station on the metro tube line, which was very convenient. -There were water and ice stations on every floor, which was great when leaving for the day to walk around the city (10 miles) to fill water bottles on the way in and out. -The hotel also had a coffee shop that was open early, though we never stopped in, the menu looked great. -We arrived about 3 hours before normal check in time, and our room was available and ready, though this may not always be the case, it was great for us. "
