"The trip was wonderful. We loved the hotel and especially the view. We did find the app and the website lacking. Room service should be easily accessible and I have to believe if it was, you'd have more volume. We were told there was a breakfast buffet but no one really knew exactly what was on it and when i did a search, the restaurants didn't list that one was even offered. If the menu on the buffet changes, maybe update social media so your guests are more aware. AGain it may add sales volume. We chose to eat out. All in all the room, accomodations, valet and view were wonderful. Oh I was also unable to find if the hotel offered any shuttles...."

"This property is an old Bank building and has quite the character. The location is very conveniently located within a short walk to all three stadiums (baseball, football, and basketball) as well as the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Tons of great bars and reataurants in the area as well. The rooms are large with high ceilings and very nice."

"It was next to the park which was nice and convenient. It had restaurants in the hotel which was nice and pretty much just as good as what you could get in the park."

"We absolutely love this hotel and will be using it for future trips to the area. It was in a great spot to get to all of the shops and restaurants and it was a short walk to bars and restaurants and very convenient to the venue for our concert. The bar in the lobby is great too. They make potato chips that are to die for!"
